Privacy Policy

The Possibility Practice takes confidentiality and privacy very seriously.

We live fully in the digital communication age: we use technology to conduct business via video calls, communicate via email and text, and many of us carry smartphones, laptops and tablets everywhere that are equipped with a host of apps and programs with two-way communication capabilities.

The Possibility Practice is committed to creating a practice environment in our office and online that is confidential, secure and private for all of us.

We use the most secure, fully encrypted, HIPPA compliant platforms for our website, video, calls, and texting.

We have soundproofed offices and a soundproofed area in our waiting room with individual cell phone/laptop lockers where you can safely and securely store any device with “listening-in” capability while you are in session.

The Possibility Practice emails only password protected PDF invoices for all services rendered.

You can still use email and the office phone number to communicate with us for administrative reasons if you like – just be sure not to include therapeutic/coaching content in voicemails and emails.

If you require any more information or have any questions about our privacy policy, please feel free to contact us by email.
